Return, Snow and Cancellation Policy

Paint Party Event Ticket Purchases

Ticket purchases are non-refundable but may be used to attend future Paint Party events. If you cannot attend the event you purchased the ticket for please contact us by email [email protected] within 48 hours of the event to process your credit . We will make every effort to place you into a future Paint Party event.

SNOW Policy: As long as schools or scheduled venue is open the Event will go on. If the weather causes a cancellation the party will be rescheduled at the studio or venue within 30 days. If you cannot make the new date please notify the office to request a credit that can be used at a future event of your choice.

Credit Options

1. If you can't attend a scheduled event you will have a credit that can be used anytime in the future. Our credits do not expire.

2. You may request a gift certificate in the amount of your ticket price.
